Just a quick update on surf hostel progress.  Shopping in Miami is completed; most things are on their way to the freight forwarders for onward shipping to the Dominican Republic’s new purpose built surf camp.

Fibre-optic lighting is almost completed within the swimming pool and most, if not all walls are plastered and getting ready for the windows to go in.

We are still on schedule and very happy with the progress of our hostel.

I am back to Miami on Tuesday to meet up again with Jim (whose been surfing the longest left hand waves in the world whilst I am spending) and then we both return to the Dominican Republic after some Miami appointments Wednesday.
