We didn’t set out to build a new surf camp for Cabarete – in fact, we were working on an entirely different project that required good accommodation for our clients. We looked very hard around Cabarete for something that suited our guests; it had to be stylish, extremely clean, social and in a great location and all for a low price. Only when we could not find a single place that fitted that description did we entertain the idea of building our own place. We found the perfect land/location and hired the best Architects on the island. The result will be Swell Surf Camp, a building designed with sociability and fun in mind.
